Description: The development of a retirement residence with a gross floor area of approximately 4,800 square metres. The residence will include 143 units ranging from studios to 2 bedroom suites, and will include outdoor amenity space. A total of 100 parking spaces will be provided outdoors and in three small parking garages, and 36 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided. The site will have access from Gouldbourn Forced Road via a full movement intersection. The building will be three storeys, with the east and west wings stepping down to two storeys, and the front façade of the building will face south.
