Update October, 2017: I have submitted my final approval for the three separate one-store buildings at 5045 Innovation. Work has begun at this site.

Update September 14, 2017 – The City of Ottawa has received a site plan consisting of three separate one-store buildings and deleting the previously proposed gas station. Click here to view site plans, and other important documents.

Update June 28, 2017The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application proposing the development of the commercial plaza consisting of three separate one-store buildings and deleting the previously proposed gas station.  We will post the tenants here as they are finalized by the owner.  A Re-Zoning application has been made to reduce the setback from Innovation from 12 metres to 6 metres (which is standard elsewhere.  It is expected to be at Committee and Council in August.
