Update June 28, 2017: The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application proposing the development of the commercial plaza consisting of three separate one-store buildings and deleting the previously proposed gas station. We will post the tenants here as they are finalized by the owner. A Re-Zoning application has been made to reduce the setback from Innovation from 12 metres to 6 metres (which is standard elsewhere.
