- KNL has applied to change the zoning to delete a small high density site and change all of the lands to a zone that permits low-rise apartment buildings not permitted under the current zoning. The existing zoning primarily permits single family and townhouse dwellings.
- The impact of these changes would also include smaller side yard setbacks, similar to those in Riverside South.
- The net result of these changes is unclear but would permit the addition of 4 storey apartments anywhere, potentially creating a higher-density development.
