Para Transpo is reaching out to customers and stakeholders to seek their feedback on the recommendation to introduce a 7-day advance booking system that will offer customers more flexibility when booking their trips.
Customers and other stakeholders are invited to participate in the consultation by filling out a questionnaire between August 26 and September 13, 2013. A questionnaire will be available online at octranspo.com, on Para Transpo mini-buses and on Para Transpo’s contracted taxi vehicles. Customers and stakeholders can also participate in a consultation session to learn more about the staff recommendation and to provide their feedback. The sessions will include a presentation by City staff and round-table discussions.
Stakeholder consultation session details are as follows:
Date: Thursday, September 5, 2013
Times: Session 1 – 10:30 a.m. to noon
Session 2 – 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Session 3 – 6 to 7:30 p.m.
