When: March 18, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Presentation at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Mlacak Centre, 2500 Campeau Dr., Kanata

You are invited to a Public Meeting that will provide information regarding the current status and next steps for the following studies:

Shirley’s Brook and Watt’s Creek Stormwater Management Study – Phase 2: The intent of this study is to document existing flood and erosion sensitivities within the Shirley’s Brook and Watt’s Creek subwatersheds. An overview of the draft results from the work completed to date will be presented.

Blanding’s Turtle Conservation Needs Assessment: The intent of this study is to document the current status of the South March Highlands population of Blanding’s turtles (a threatened species), to identify the threats to the population, and to assess the conservation needs of the population. The results of the study will be presented.

City staff will be available to answer your questions and receive your comments.
