Update September 2017: While I (along with Councillors Hubley and Qadri) voted against it, City Council voted to remove the maximum density provision outlined in Planning Committee.
Update Aug 28/2017: At the Planning Committee last week, the Brigil application to change the density on their property was passed. Although, I did not support this motion I will continue to work for the community to obtain changes to the site plan which details the project.
Update Aug 10/2017:Public Information Meeting re Battersea Rezoning Application: Brigil Development has asked for changes to the Rezoning Application at 124 Battersea Crescent. There will be a community meeting on Thursday, August 17th from 6:30pm – 7:30 in Room A at the Beaverbrook Library to answer any questions with regards to the development and changes that are requested. This request will be going to the Planning Committee on August 22 so come out and have your say.
